Project Administrator
Logan Creek Construction Co. is a commercial general contracting and design-build firm located in Toledo, Ohio. Founded in 1999, we provide construction services to local, regional, and national clients.
We are currently seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator will provide administrative support to multiple project teams. The successful candidate will be highly organized, outgoing, friendly, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and have a positive “can do” attitude. Ultimately, you must thrive on providing proactive administrative support that keeps project team members informed, organized, and able to focus on their respective tasks.
Essential Functions Include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to multiple project teams
- Review and process subcontractor and vendor payment applications
- Prepare and submit Owner invoicing including all required documentation
- Secure and maintain all documents required for Subcontractor compliance
- Accounts Payable entry for all project related expenses
- Project closeout for all assigned projects
- Review prime contracts to determine insurance, billing, and project closeout requirements
- Travel coordination for project teams
- General administrative duties in support of office operations
- Perform special projects as assigned by management
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience working in a professional office environment
- Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, and be able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a construction office is required
- Detailed oriented with experience using AIA documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comprehend accounting practices
- Experience working in QuickBooks software is preferred, but not required
- Willing team player, committed to results
