Logic Staffing is seeking an Onsite Manager to join our team!
Job Description:
- Manage deliveries with at least 500 people.
- Assist in strategic planning, and strengthen the day-to-day communications between our company and clients, business activities, and relationships with employees who are assigned to lululemon.
- Track employee time and attendance alongside the Engagement team to ensure hours are accurately recorded and submitted on time for weekly payroll processing.
- Collaborate with Engagement to coach, counsel, or communicate company or client policies and performance concerns.
- Maintain client reports and ensure ongoing communication with the client’s operations personnel.
- Communicate with employees by phone or in person regarding any shift or position changes.
- Analyze client performance reports and relay performance concerns or recognition.
- Spend time daily on the production or warehouse floor to engage with employees and client management, gaining insight into job performance, needs, and concerns.
- Manage open orders with the recruiting team to meet staffing demands and anticipate future hiring needs.
- Report all accidents promptly, assisting Logic Staffing's HR & Safety Manager or the client’s safety department with documentation and investigations.
- Audit payroll across employee departments and shifts using Oasis and TCP.
- Support site operations by working with management to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Must be capable of meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations to ensure a lasting business partnership.
