Job Description
As a senior consultant joining Logic20/20’s Advanced Analytics practice, you’ll gather, document, and review functional requirements and assist with functional specifications. You’ll work directly with our customers to develop insights into business and data models and perform data analysis activities to identify relational data issues.

About you
- You have proven experience creating, documenting, and aligning business and technical requirements.
- You are a creative problem-solver who can quickly learn new tools and processes.
- You’re comfortable communicating and building relationships with senior executives.
- You’re a pro at investigating data issues, performing deep-dive data research, and proposing and executing solutions.
Qualifications
- 4 – 6 years of as a business systems analyst or data analyst at a large consulting firm.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and data requirements, interviewing stakeholders, and facilitating alignment workshops.
- Hands-on experience with data mapping, including source-to-target mapping and documentation.
- Experience with data profiling and data analysis, ensuring alignment between business needs and data use cases.
- Experience working with Agile teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strong data literacy skills and basic understanding of data modeling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data testing experience.
- Exposure to change management processes and/or projects.
- Familiarity with design thinking frameworks and persona development.
- Experience querying Snowflake in any capacity (user, developer, etc.).
- Understanding of data architecture fundamentals, including data warehousing and data lakes.
Additional Information
Compensation range: $115,000-$120,000 annually
