Job Description
As a technical product manager, you’ll guide a product team in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a wide range of contributors such as developers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders. You’ll work autonomously and dive into new areas of the product lifecycle, contributing tangible value across multiple phases. You’ll work on a variety of projects at enterprise-level organizations. New projects mean new business objectives, new challenges to solve, and new teams – it’s a chance to flex existing skills and build new muscle. You will be empowered to participate in key decision-making and use your skills, thought leadership, and passion to drive yourself and your team forward.
About You
The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients- toughest business challenges. You'll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications
At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $160,738- $186,000 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.

- You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- You have experience navigating and managing relationships in large client organizations.
- You have proven expertise in industry SDLC best practices and delivery excellence.
- You’re a pro at integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
- You can influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
- You have a passion for mentoring and developing consultants to fulfill their potential.

Qualifications
- 10 years of experience working in technical product management role, owning and driving product roadmaps.
- Experience supporting solution definitions and/or projects where teams are defining and building dashboards.
- Experience launching product experiences into consumer-facing web applications.
- Extensive experience creating business requirement documents (BRD) and authoring requirements for the development of a new application.
- Proficient in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Proven experience with rapid, iterative design and development processes.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to travel based on client and practice demands.
- Ability to work in CST or EST time zones, depending on client demands.
