Position Details
Tasks:
- Act as a first point of contact for Learning and Development related questions through the Learning Management System (LMS); liaise between employees and the Learning and Development team to ensure timely resolution of any issues
- Create and maintain accurate employee training records in the LMS, including assigning training, auditing employee records, updating employee profiles, and adding workshop attendance as needed to ensure trainings are completed properly
- Lead New Hire Orientation (NHO), including scheduling, introducing the company and products, and providing reports about NHO to leadership to ensure a positive and enriching onboarding experience
- Complete minor lesson edits and content updates in the LMS as needed
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of all compliance associated training modules to ensure employees understand all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies within Logical Position
- Research and discover trustworthy, authoritative resources for training projects to maximize efficiency and the effectiveness the trainings provided
- Assist with keeping internal and employee-facing department process documentation and resources up to date
- Provide general administrative support for the department; such as meeting logistics, document formatting, notetaking, and data entry
- Complete projects as assigned by leadership to ensure the needs of the department are being met
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 1 years’ experience in a role where responsibilities were professional administrative in nature or related to training/learning and development
- Experience working with business or administrative software systems (LMS, CRM, HRIS), with a demonstrated ability to input, update, and manage data accurately
- Experience working with digital collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Asana, or Microsoft Teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and reliable work ethic
- Self-motivated to complete tasks independently; adaptable and readily available to fulfill multiple tasks
