Responsibilities
- Develop the company’s IT strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.
- Research new technology to discover ways the company can gain a competitive advantage.
- Make executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological needs.
- Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
- Ensure all system infrastructures, applications, and our core service are functional and efficient.
- Monitor security of sensitive data and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
- Analyse the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
- Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT Team.
