We are seeking a talented and experienced Global Partner Enablement Program Manager to empower priority partners with the training, resources, and strategies needed to drive joint success. As a key player in our growing partner ecosystem, you will orchestrate enablement programs that align with broader company and partner goals, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.
This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, requiring a strategic mindset, strong organization, and the ability to execute against aggressive targets in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with internal training teams to optimize enablement efforts and focus on high-value partnerships each year, making a tangible impact on partner growth and performance.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. Salary : $86,205 - $107,730
