We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Professional Services to lead the successful execution of complex infrastructure monitoring and observability projects. In this role, you will drive efficiency, strategic execution, and measurable impact, ensuring customers maximize the value of their LogicMonitor deployment. With a strong consultative mindset and technical implementation expertise, you will oversee customer engagements, manage project delivery, and ensure seamless alignment between business objectives and deployment success.

- Lead and manage large-scale LogicMonitor Implementation Projects, including complex, multi-phase deployments.
- Act as a strategic advisor, guiding customers through project decisions to align with business objectives.
- Oversee project execution, including scheduling, scope, milestones, resources, risk mitigation, and budgets.
- Manage multiple simultaneous PS projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and structured project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking phases, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Provide transparent reporting to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Lead client meetings, ensuring alignment, addressing concerns, and optimizing project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation (status updates, timelines, notes, and tracking).
- Identify and mitigate risks, roadblocks, and escalations to maintain project continuity.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Support onboarding, training, and mentorship within the PMO and Professional Services team.
- Contribute to process improvements, driving operational efficiency and best practices.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. Salary : $86,205 - $118,545
