We are looking for someone who can work full-time and overtime when needed.
You will also rotate answering phone calls and dispatching on weekends.
Must have transportation, excellent customer service skills, GED or high school diploma, be professional, computer literate, QuickBooks experience, detail-oriented, ability to work independently, proficient in typing, organized and have social media experience. HVAC basic knowledge is a plus but not required.
In addition the perspective team member we are seeking must be a leader and be capable of running a tight office operation. This is a high value position with the potential for great reward for true team players.
**4 YEARS PLUS OF RECENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED OR EQUIVALENT DEGREE.
**EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND IN QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP IS REQUIRED.
Pay: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 Plus Performance Pay. Unlimited Earning Opportunity

Duties:
- Accounts Payable.
- Accounts Receivables.
- Financial Reporting / Monthly Finacial Statements.
- Monthly Account Reconciliation.
- Weekly Payroll.
- Maintain Chart of Accounts.
- Phone Handling.
- Service Dispatching.
- Make outgoing calls.
- Constantly in contact with customers.

- Carry out general office tasks assigned to you.
