- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks for billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.

Requirements
