As a Senior Solutions Engineer – Strategic Accounts at Login VSI, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by combining technical expertise with sales acumen. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer requirements, propose technical solutions, and demonstrate product capabilities. This role demands a strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build relationships with customers and prospects based on trust and credibility.
You will help customers and prospects successfully deploy, customize and operate Login VSI products by :
Technical Expertise :
Understand the technical aspects of the products or services offered by the company
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies
Provide technical guidance and support to customers and the Customer Success Team
Provide expert technical guidance to customers, helping them deploy and integrate our products into their environment.
Customer Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on technical solutions
Address technical concerns and objections during the customer lifecycle
Post-Sales Support :
Ensure smooth transition of projects from sales to implementation phase
Conduct post-sales technical reviews and evaluations
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services
Pre-Sales Support :
Create and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept (POCs)
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and business objectives
Translate customer requirements into technical solutions using company products
Required Skills :
Proven experience in a Pre-Sales engineering or Solutions Architect role.
Deep experience with Windows OS w / knowledge of enterprise deployment and update processes
Scripting Experience with C#, PS or other automation experience in Windows environments.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Additional Desirable Qualifications :
Strong understanding of technical sales techniques and processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Test suite design
DevOps implementations
AD / DNS / DHCP – Fundamentals
Broad level System Administrator knowledge – knowledge of networking, storage, anti-virus etc.
Knowledge of PowerShell, Docker and JavaScript
Project management experience
