We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Client Operations Specialist to support the Account Executives in coordinating and scheduling all customer freight promptly and efficiently. This role requires the ability to prioritize and multi-task across multiple customers, warehouses, and interfaces.
Your Role
- Perform all day-to-day activities necessary to provide end-to-end, superior customer service for premier accounts. These include assuring on time performance as well as issue resolution.
- Building and scheduling all customer freight orders, accurately and promptly.
- Ensure ALL freight has been tracked and traced.
- Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution.
- Communicate internally with customer operations team to ensure they stay informed.
- Communicate externally with shippers and receivers to ensure operations run smoothly for all parties.
- Contribute to other team projects and initiatives as needed.
- Ability to collaborate in a work environment where we can learn and improve processes.
Qualifications
- 1 Year minimum customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven demonstration of commitment and work ethic in a school or work setting.
- Detailed and precise when completing tasks.
- Fast paced and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Able to take verbal/written instruction and execute with confidence.
- An exceptional communicator with great interpersonal skills.
