JOB TITLE: Roll Off Driver

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detailed and timely individual to join our Green Bay Roll Off team as a CDL Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for safely collecting and transporting waste from customer sites to disposal facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, the ability to efficiently navigate routes while maintaining a professional demeanor, and safe handling of waste materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily Tasks

· Operate a truck/tractor to collect waste and recycling materials from customer sites and transport to disposal facilities

· Assist with loading, unloading, and weighing waste and recycling materials at designated facilities

· Maintain accurate records of waste collection activities and submit reports, manifests, and other related paperwork as required

· Navigate through schedule changes, delays, and/or unexpected events with a problem-solving attitude

2. Safety Protocol

· Safely transport general and hazardous waste materials according to routes and schedules

· Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while operating vehicles and equipment

· Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure operational safety and compliance with company policies

3. Customer Service

· Interact professionally and courteously with customers and the public during waste collection and transportation activities

· Exhibit punctuality and effective communication at pick-up/drop-off sites

QUALIFICATIONS

· Clean driving record with a valid CDL Class B required, Class A preferred

· Ability to operate trucks/trailers, forklifts, and related equipment effectively

· Ability to lift and move heavy waste containers and equipment up to and between 50 to 75lbs

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols

· Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

· Experience in the waste industry, roll off, and/or with DOT regulations/HAZWOPER is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
