Position Overview :
As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our delivery team. You will work closely with drivers, coordinate routes, and ensure that our commitment to timely and efficient deliveries aligns with Amazon's high standards.
Responsibilities :
1. Driver Management : Supervise and lead a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
2. Route Planning : Efficiently plan and optimize delivery routes to meet delivery expectations and standards.
3. Performance Monitoring : Monitor and evaluate driver performance, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, delivery schedules, and customer service standards.
4. Communication : Foster clear and open communication channels between the operations team, drivers, and other relevant stakeholders.
5. Problem Solving : Proactively address and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the delivery process, ensuring minimal impact on customer experience.
6. Compliance : Ensure that all operations comply with our policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

8. Collaboration : Work closely with DA's and collaborate on initiatives to enhance the efficiency of delivery operations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or delivery industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of route optimization and logistics planning.
- Familiarity with Amazon's delivery standards and protocols is a plus.
