Job Summary: As the Inventory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring LogistiQ operates efficiently by maintaining accurate and organized inventory records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: including the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Conduct cycle counts regularly by counting and recording inventory levels to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
- Ensure item location and quantity accuracy.
- Label and store items in designated locations.
- Manage pick lists for production orders.
- Return/disposition unused components in respective work centers.
- Conduct regular area sweeps to ensure proper storage of items.
- Organize and maintain inventory to keep the work center area clean, safe, and well-organized for efficient product retrieval.
- Process inventory returns and transfers by tracking and managing returns and transfers to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Data entry and recordkeeping to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our inventory management system.
- Collaborate with other departments and communicate effectively with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
- Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven, high pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP system.
- Excellent reading and writing skills in the English language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Successful completion of 60-day probationary period.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a manufacturing experience preferred.
Work Environment:
This role primarily operates within a manufacturing facility, with exposure to production floor activities and office environments.
