JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Personal Property Tax Compliance
- File Returns
- Assessment Review
- Appeal Assessment
- Review Tax Bills
- Prepare Check Requests
- Invoice Customers
- Reconcile State Balances to G/L
- Upload invoice journals and check requests onto ERP
- Assist in Customer Inquiries and Audit Defense
- Special Projects
THE SELECTION CRITERIA FOR THIS POSITION ARE:
*Bachelor s degree in Accounting required
*Reconciliation experience preferred
*Strong analytical skills
*Problem solving skill
*Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
*Strong attention to detail/accuracy
*Strong organizational and follow-up skills
*Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
*Self-motivated and independent
*Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, V Lookup)
