Senior Accounts Payable Analyst, Finance

Location : Hybrid This Role : As a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst at LogixHealth, you will combine your deep understanding of accounts payable as well as a diverse accounting skillset to make an impactful difference in the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of processes in a highly successful, growing organization. You will be principally responsible for managing and optimizing the accounts payable function with NetSuite, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in NetSuite, excellent analytical skills, and experience in accounts payable operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes within NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations Enter / review / process / correct purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and payment requests Monitor and maintain vendor accounts, ensuring timely payments and addressing discrepancies Monitor and record necessary AP accrual journal entries monthly Update fixed asset module when asset purchases made, run depreciation monthly, and reconcile fixed asset accounts Maintain a prepaid schedule and amortize the expenses monthly Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable, as well as support any external audits Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting principles, and tax regulations Assist in system enhancements, automation, and process improvements within NetSuite Collaborate with operations, technology, and other finance teams to streamline AP operations Generate and analyze AP reports, dashboards and metrics to support financial decision-making Provide training and support to staff on NetSuite AP functionalities Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each Key Responsibility satisfactorily. Required : Degree in Accounting required Advanced Excel skills Experience with ERP system 2 years in accounts payable function, with at least 1 year of NetSuite experience 4 years in the accounting profession Strong understanding of AP processes, financial controls, and compliance requirements Experience with vendor management, reconciliations, and payment processing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred : Public accounting experience preferred Oracle NetSuite highly preferred   Benefits at LogixHealth : We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, life and disability insurance, on-site fitness center and company-wide social events.
