Job Summary: This position will be responsible to deliver Single Tenant accounts SLA reports - a non-IT project management role.
Job Description: Using various tools including ServiceNow, Focused Run, Excel, and MS Word. SLA reporting will be the focus for the first 1/2 of each month. Other activities will include various reporting on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of experience
- 1 year of Analytical and Technical Project/Program Management experience
- 1 years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience
- 1 years of experience within an SAP environment
- Assists with the development, updating and maintaining of procedures and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Experience working with highly technical teams
- Strong proficiency with full Microsoft Office suite including MS Project is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
Salary : $80 - $90
