- Configure and build WalkMe experiences (tooltips, walkthroughs), integrate with existing solution, align with UA and UX inputs, hold review sessions with stakeholders.
- Day-to-day project tracking, troubleshooting WalkMe technical issues with WalkMe Product Team, and Core Design UX team, and reporting on status.
MUST HAVES:
- WalkMe Certification
- Advanced understanding of WalkMe features and technical requirements.
- A minimum of six years of WalkMe development
