Position: Content Acceleration Program Builders [WalkMe Integration]
Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 18 months contract
Job Description:
Content Build Resources for WalkMe integration into SAPs cloud-based suite of product.
WalkMe creates a delightful first-use experience with personalized, persona-based onboarding and step-by-step guidance for key tasks. This drives deeper engagement and drive long-term product adoption with contextual support as users progress, unlocking the full potential of the product.
Job Requirements:
- Configure and build WalkMe experiences (tooltips, walkthroughs), integrate with existing solution, align with UA and UX inputs, hold review sessions with stakeholders.
- Day-to-day project tracking, troubleshooting WalkMe technical issues with WalkMe Product Team, and Core Design UX team, and reporting on status.
Must Haves:
- WalkMe Certification
- Advanced understanding of WalkMe features and technical requirements.
- A minimum of six years of WalkMe development
