Job Qualifications and General Duties
The Property Book Analyst / Supervisor Site Lead position at HHBN, XVIII ABN CORPS Fort Liberty requires experience in management and supervision in PBO and Army logistics programs. Further:
- Shall possess the ability to communicate directly to and through correspondence with senior Army leaders.
- Shall possess experience in the analysis of CSDP and CMDP to include shortcomings and development of corrective recommendations to Unit Commanders and shall have a comprehensive knowledge of Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), governing regulations, policies and procedures.
- Must be able to pull GCSS-Army property book reports and be able to present the data in a format consistent with Battalion and senior level G-Staff formats and must be able to gain access to Army Logistics Information Systems not previously mentioned in order to provide logistics data, information papers and logistics operation orders to the HHBN XVIII ABN Corps S4 and senior level Staff.
- Shall have the subject matter expertise required to provide aid to the PBO and S-4 and/or unit supply with logistic support under the supervision of the PBO and S-4.
- Shall have the subject matter expertise required to provide to the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) is maintained IAW policies and regulations.
- Must have required knowledge to assist the PBO with conducting and overseeing unit fielding’s of equipment.
- Must be trained in accordance with necessary regulations and guidelines required to perform duties of the PWS.
- Must be thoroughly proficient in Microsoft Suite products with extensive knowledge of Excel in order to analyze and manipulate data in multiple formats and outputs.
- Must be analytical and detail-oriented to maintain a high level of data integrity.
- Must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports/operation orders and working instructions.
- Shall possess experience in the analysis of CSDP and CMDP to include shortcomings and development of corrective recommendations to Unit Commanders.
- Shall have access to deployment information such as dates, units, equipment and locations. The contractor shall provide support alongside the HHBN S4 with training Units to merge/splitting and transferring of property books, support cyclic and sensitive item inventories per regulation.
- Shall provide support alongside the HHBN S4 in acquiring and expediting supplies from approved source.

Minimum three (3) years Property Book experience to assist with property transactions on behalf of the PBO.
SECRET security clearance required.
