We are a Global IT Team working with Support, Network, Security and Cloud & On-prem hosting, most of the team is based in Nepal and the rest in Denmark.
Your day to day:
You’ll have responsibility over:
- 1st-level support: Handling tickets in our Global Helpdesk and assisting walk-ins at the CPH office.
- Onboarding new users: Setting up accounts, ordering, and configuring hardware.
- Providing access and licenses: Managing user permissions and ensuring proper application license allocation.
- Troubleshooting IT issues: Diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and problems.
- Collaboration with IT Security: Ensuring compliance with security policies, MFA enforcement, and best practices.
Your professional toolbox:
- 3 years working with internal support
- Experience in supporting Mac, Windows, and optional Linux.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure EntraID, Experience with Okta is a plus.
- Experience in endpoint deployment with Intune or similar.
- Fluent in English both oral and written, knowledge of Danish or Nepalese is a plus.
