As a Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Compliance Officer and collaborating with teams across the credit union to ensure we meet all Federal and State regulatory requirements. Your work will help protect our members and maintain the trust that makes us who we are.
✅ Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the compliance department.
✅ Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
✅ Monitor, analyze, and interpret regulatory changes to keep us ahead of the curve.
✅ Support policy and procedure updates to align with industry best practices.
✔️ College coursework in a relevant field.
✔️ 1–2 years of experience in a compliance-related role (or an equivalent mix of education and experience).
✔️ Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
✔️ Knowledge of credit union operations, lending, and financial products is a plus!
