Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk at Lokation Real Estate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our real estate office. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process payments to vendors via checks, echecks, ACH, or wire transfers in a timely manner.
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed, assisting with month-end closing procedures, and other financial tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting role.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Experience with Sage Intacct a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
