Responsibilities include preparing and plating sushi with precision, assisting with menu development, maintaining consistency in food quality, and upholding the highest safety and sanitation standards. The role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role. A strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, ingredients, and proper knife handling is essential. Candidates must be available for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. The ability to commute or relocate to Naples, FL, is required.
