Guest Care Associate

Searching for an amazing Guest Care Coordinator who loves to live the salon life and who loves to give great guest care to the customers and to the staff.

This position is ideal for someone who loves to interact with people and provides great service and likes to be busy. Someone who likes to take initiative is detailed, upbeat, and welcoming will be great for this position. Keep in mind that you will be on your feet all day.

The Work You’ll Do
You will be involved in all aspects of salon life, this position is more of a hands-on and interactive position. It is more like a concierge than a front desk. The role includes but is not limited to:

• Working with the salon team to achieve our goals and grow Lola to be even better!!
• Perform front desk/reception duties including answering the phone, booking appointments, and cashing out guests.
• Offering guests refreshments, giving them a world-class experience
• Administrative duties including assisting with inventory management, maintaining and updating salon spreadsheets, attention to salon goals
• Work closely with an amazing group of people and the guests that come to Lola
• Help us to achieve our industry goals and benchmarks and to grow the salon
• Assisting with salon cleaning including sweeping, dishes & laundry

Experience

• 1 years Prior guest services or hospitality experience, as well as the ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
• 1 years of Salon/Spa Administration Skills
• We seek a commitment to work a flexible schedule, dedication to great customer service, and the ability to lead and develop a customer relationship.
• Have a positive upbeat attitude, be motivated, fashionable, and be able to multi-task. We are dedicated to giving the very best salon experience to every client who walks through our doors and it starts and ends with the front desk.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time. (Standing front desk)
