What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for our guests – greeting, welcoming, and ensuring their salon experience is exceptional.
• Handle front desk duties including booking appointments, managing schedules, and cashing out guests.
• Offer guests refreshments and top-tier hospitality – think of it as concierge-level service, not just front desk work.
• Assist with inventory management, salon administration, and goal tracking.
• Help keep our salon spotless and inviting, including light cleaning duties like sweeping, dishes, and laundry.
• Work closely with an amazing, supportive team – helping stylists, assisting guests, and making everyone’s day a little brighter.
