Position Overview : We are seeking professional and vigilant Security Personnel to oversee the safety and security of our establishment The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for managing access to the venue, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities :
- Guest Screening : Greet guests upon their arrival and manage entry, ensuring only appropriate and safe individuals gain access to the establishment.
- Safety Management : Monitor guest behavior to prevent altercations and ensure a safe environment for all patrons and staff.
- Conflict Resolution : Respond to disturbances promptly and effectively, employing conflict resolution skills to deescalate situations without resorting to physical confrontation whenever possible.
- Rule Enforcement : Ensure all venue policies regarding age, intoxication levels, and conduct are strictly enforced.
- Emergency Response : Act quickly and efficiently in emergency situations, providing first aid response if certified, and coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
