Position Title: ABA Specialist or Behavioral Technician/Therapist
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

Location: San Bernardino, CA
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (i.e. DTT, NET, etc.) to children with disabilities in a 1:1 setting in the home, school, and community
- Utilize a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arragements
- Collect accurate & reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors
- Address problematic behaviors in accordance with Professional Crisis Management Association
- Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
- Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification
- Collect, record and summarize data on observable client behavior
- Attend sessions at scheduled times
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- AA Degree preferred
- 6 months' experience in ABA preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with both clients and colleagues
- Flexibility to respond to changing circumstances and priorities within the agency
- Knowledge and use of computers and an Electronic Health Record (EHR)
