The Department of Surgery at Loma Linda University Medical Center Murrieta seeks to hire a full-time Vascular Surgeon at the assistant professor level. The Division of Vascular Surgery is a comprehensive academic program including an integrated residency in vascular surgery, an independent fellowship program, opportunities for basic and clinical research, an active clinical service as well as affiliations with the Riverside University Health System and Veterans Administration hospital in Loma Linda, California.
The LLUMC-Murrieta hospital is a university-owned, community-based hospital located in the beautiful Temecula area.
Expected Responsibilities :
- Teaching
- Clinical care, both inpatient and outpatient
- Research relating to vascular disease
This individual will work collaboratively with all faculty and administration members.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive vascular care, including arterial and venous interventions, dialysis access creation and maintenance, and interpretation of vascular lab studies. This position offers the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of vascular surgery in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Compensation :
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and / or faculty rank : $330,000 – $390,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans. More information on compensation is discussed with the departments during the recruitment process.
