Loman is a fast growing AI startup in the restaurant tech space based in Austin, TX. We are seeking a versatile and hungry Operations Coordinator to help facilitate Loman's growth and support our restaurant customers.
This role will work closely with the CEO, supporting customer success, fielding support inquiries from restaurant owners, facilitating go-to-market activities, and handling a mix of ad hoc business needs.
No specific experience is required—we’re looking for someone who is extremely smart, learns quickly, and is willing to grind as one of the first GTM hires for the company. The ideal candidate is someone who is interested in working for a startup, willing to work long hours, and is looking to grow with the company into a senior leadership role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Success : Provide hands-on support to restaurant owners, ensuring they’re fully equipped and comfortable using Loman. This includes onboarding, troubleshooting, and proactive check-ins to drive adoption and satisfaction. Your primary job will be
- Operations & GTM Support : Assist with various go-to-market initiatives and daily operational tasks, coordinating with teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
- Miscellaneous Tasks : Tackle a range of other business needs as they arise, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
