Seeking a Flooring Measurer/Estimator as an independent, full-time sub-contractor for all flooring types-Carpet, Hardwood, Laminate, Luxury Vinyl Plank & Tile, Ceramic/Porcelain Tile, and Sheet Vinyl. References are a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
· Contact customers within 24 hours of customer order and schedule measures within 72 hours of customer order
· Determine and communicate pre-installation activities needed for flooring type
· Measure, inspect and report on installation spaces to the store
· Communicate installation expectations and preparations to customer
· Accurately complete company provided installation forms
· Communicate with office and management on customer measurements & daily schedule
Job Requirements:
· Valid US driver’s license with dependable, insured personal vehicle a must
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Deadline and detail-oriented
· Familiar with precision measuring tools
· Basic technology and math skills for personalized measuring program and calculations
· Previous experience in flooring installation (preferred but not required)
· Independent Sub-Contractor paid per measurement job
