Job Summary
The Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) plays a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and driving sales for our dealership. Duties
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about vehicles and services.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and promote dealership events.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions in the CRM system to track sales progress and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from initial contact to closing sales.
- Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and facilitate successful transactions.
- Assist in managing the dealership's online presence by responding to reviews and engaging with customers on social media platforms.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Skills

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or sales management within an automotive dealership environment is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
