- Answering incoming calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries from customers
- Providing information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up with potential customers
- Scheduling appointments for customers to visit our dealership
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Willing to work evening hours and Saturday hours
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience, and is paid weekly. This is an hourly plus commission position allowing for higher compensation based on performance.
