What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Sales Support (Dallas) position at Lon Smith Roofing?
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for our roofing company. Providing support to our Sales manager, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work. A successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Provide administrative and clerical support to Management which includes and not limited to filing & scanning of documents
- Provide Sales manager with full administrative support by entering information into various databases
- Provide the appropriate paperwork needed for all reroofs and repairs.
- Perform all other related duties and special projects as assigned
Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently as well as work collectively on assigned tasks and accept direction on given assignments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
