Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Support budgeting and financial planning efforts.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the accounting team.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years of Public Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
