Rate: Up to $83K depending on experience
Schedule: Hybrid; 3 days onsite 2 days WFH
The Business Solutions Manager supports and implements business applications, collaborating with teams to optimize technology for operational and strategic goals. This role combines technical expertise with functional knowledge, serving as a subject matter expert for system support and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Oversee core technologies, assess system capabilities, gather user requirements, and drive enhancements. Manage special projects and evaluate impact.
- Vendor Management: Act as the liaison for third-party technology partners, ensuring accountability, managing development cycles, and supporting sourcing decisions.
- Solution Administration: Oversee software/hardware upgrades, manage user access and security, support reporting needs, and ensure system reliability.
- Governance & Compliance: Enforce data integrity, security, and proper system usage. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data governance and compliance.
- Training & Adoption: Develop training materials, facilitate onboarding, and implement change management strategies to enhance technology adoption.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience supporting and implementing enterprise applications.
Salary : $69,000 - $83,000
