Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily operations, ensuring that all processes—from opening to closing—run smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Team Leadership & Human Resources:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Create and manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate ongoing training.
- Customer Service & Engagement:
- Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and promptly address any customer concerns.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the café’s brand and values.
- Inventory & Financial Management:
- Oversee inventory control including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.
- Monitor sales, prepare financial reports, and help manage budgets to ensure profitability.
- Marketing & Business Growth:
