Pay : $155,000 to $175,000
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and oversee the HR department's operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Create strategic and tactical priorities to support business growth and continuity.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring clear targets, communication, and outcomes.
- Participate in executive and board meetings, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, career development, and offboarding.
- Develop and maintain robust onboarding, training, and succession planning programs.
- Monitor and enhance role-based education and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
- Oversee audits and assessments, implementing approved recommendations and mitigating risks.
- Manage legal and contractual compliance, including negotiating favorable terms and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Conduct talent and compensation reviews, collaborating with management to support decision-making.
- Actively manage the health insurance program, including policy development, vendor relationships, and procurement strategies.
- Analyze and evaluate compensation studies to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Plan and submit the HR department’s annual budget, roadmap, and personnel schedule.
- Monitor expenses and ensure alignment with budgeted expectations.
- Finalize and submit draft budgets for personnel and operational expenditures.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Routinely assess staffing models and work outcomes to ensure efficiency and alignment with business needs.
