Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance HRIS reports and dashboards to support HR and business leadership.
- Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and format data for reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform strategic HR decisions.
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure data needs are met effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
- Lead efforts to design and implement analytics tools and frameworks that enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:
