Human Resources Information System Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Consultant to join our team and support the optimization of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

Location: Wayne, PA (must be local)

Salary: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation & Optimization: Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HRIS platforms to meet organizational goals.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate data integration, management, and reporting within the HRIS. Regularly audit data for quality and compliance.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing HR processes and systems to identify areas for enhancement, streamlining workflows, and improving user experience.
• Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related technical issues, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to align system capabilities with business needs and objectives.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure HRIS practices align with data privacy, legal regulations, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in HRIS implementation, management, or consulting.
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes, compliance regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
