Responsibilities :
- Provide advanced onsite technical support at retail and distribution center locations throughout the state, encompassing a range of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level IT components including server virtualization environments, network configurations, and storage solutions.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Desktop Systems, Networking equipment, and Small Data Closets.
- Execute wiring, infrastructure setup, and resolution of complex tech issues, ensuring robust system performance and security.
- Lead onsite tech upgrades and implementations, focusing on system optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Maintain operational excellence in Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure cloud services.
