Location: Bayonne, NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time/Onsite
Hours: 8 am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily order fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with shipping providers to secure competitive rates and enhance service quality.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency.
- Design and implement process enhancements across order fulfillment and shipping workflows to maximize productivity.
- Work closely with internal teams, including warehouse staff and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational excellence.
- Assist with inventory processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in order fulfillment, preferably in a consumer product company or 3PL warehouse environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in [specific tools/software, e.g., Excel, ERP systems, etc.].
- Experience managing teams or cross-functional processes is a plus.
