The Auric Room is a unique and intimate culinary and wine and bourbon tasting experience housed in a space that is simultaneously contemporary and steeped in Montana heritage. Members and their guests will find a private, 25-seat dining venue with booths, banquet tables, a 6 seat bar, private kitchen, private bathroom, and cigar terrace. Rustic reclaimed oak flooring and timber walls hearken to a different era while elements lie a thick black marble bar suspended on an ebonized base add mystery and a modern feel. The effect: an intimate, hidden zone of quiet hospitality specifically created for members.

SUMMARY
The PM Restaurant Server holds a key position within our team, entrusted with delivering an extraordinary dining experience to each guest. This role goes beyond simply serving food and beverages; it encompasses creating moments that reflect the sophistication and care that define our dining environment. As a valued member of our service team, you will help ensure that every detail of the dining experience is attended to with precision and warmth.
The ideal candidate is poised, intuitive, and committed to exceeding expectations. They possess the finesse to engage with guests in a way that feels both natural and refined, ensuring that their needs are anticipated and met with grace. A polished approach to hospitality, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide guests with an elevated dining experience by serving food, beverages, and accompaniments with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Engage with guests in a thoughtful and discerning manner, offering recommendations and menu insights to enhance their dining experience.
- Ensure all stations are impeccably prepared, maintained, and stocked throughout service.
- Present and serve bottled wine, offering service that reflects care and expertise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a refined and organized dining environment, including bussing and resetting tables as needed.
- Ensure that take-out orders are prepared with the same level of care and precision as in-house service.
- Prepare beverages, including barista and bar service, when necessary, with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Assist with hosting duties and answering guest inquiries, providing seamless service when needed.
- Actively engage in ongoing training and professional development to refine service skills and uphold the standards of the establishment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and management, always communicating with tact and professionalism.
- Uphold company policies, service protocols, and operational standards at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of five years of experience in high-end hospitality or fine dining environments, with a demonstrated ability to provide outstanding service in upscale settings.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to connect with guests and colleagues alike.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact comfortably and professionally with guests and team members.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on making guests feel welcome and comfortable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and organized.
- A proactive approach to tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems, including reservation software, point-of-sale systems, and email.
- Problem-solving abilities with a quick-thinking approach to resolving guest concerns and operational challenges.
- A collaborative team player who supports the overall success of the service team.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
- Early morning shifts may be required depending on business needs.

Seasonal Bonus Program:
- All hourly employees will be able to participate in our seasonal bonus program. Each hourly employee will receive $1 per hour worked per season and $1.50 per overtime hour worked. Employees who are terminated or resign from their position before the end of each season, will not be able to participate in this program. If the season is cut short due to business levels, the employee will still participate in this program. Positions that are contracted at a shorter term, like the Outdoor Youth Adventures program, this employee will be able to participate in this program. All hours worked outside of these seasonal ranges will not apply to this bonus program.

During the winter months, you will have access to 50 Miles of world renown cross country ski trails right outside your back door.

Opportunity to move to Full-Time, Regular Status and receive additional benefits.
- If you remain with us for 1 full year and worked a minimum of 1560 hours during our 12-month lookback period (that takes place at the end of each year), you are eligible to move to full-time status. Full-time status means Vacation and Sick pay, medical, dental, life and vision insurance. This will be effective the first of the month following 30 days of your full-time employment hire date or status. The Ranch will pay for 80% of the premiums for employees and any dependents. Employees will be responsible for paying the remaining 20% of the premiums. Payment is deducted automatically from the employee’s semi- monthly paycheck at a pre-taxed rate.
