Qualifications
- Speak Spanish fluently
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience in Dental office setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in computer systems and electronic health records
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Familiarity with dental insurances and billing
- Greet and check-in patients upon their arrival
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding upcoming visits
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
- Update and maintain patient records accurately and confidentially
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance to patients and their families
- Collaborate with providers and other staff members to ensure quality patient care
- Assist with billing and coding as needed
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain compliance
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
