**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Facility Attendant to maintain cleanliness and orderliness within our facility. The Facility Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the premises are clean, organized, and safe for our staff members and guests.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Clean and sanitize designated areas of the facility, including restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces.
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
- Monitor and restock cleaning and sanitation supplies.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and replacing paper products.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms for events or meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and guests when needed.
**Physical Demands:**
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach overhead. - Ability to climb hills and stairs frequently
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot, cold, and wet settings. - Ability to work at 8500 in elevation
**Work Environment:**
- The work environment may include exposure to cleaning chemicals and other hazards.
- Must be comfortable working around machinery and equipment.
