First, second & third shifts available. $1.00 shift differential for second and third shifts.
Summary
Responsible for assisting in installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment used to manufacture and package bakery products.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Performs routine inspection of machines and equipment and ensures that they are sanitary and in proper working condition.

Operates shrink-wrap machine and changes film when necessary.

Tears down and sets up equipment.

Records film usage for traceability.

Lubricates bearings on equipment when needed.

Performs preventative maintenance (PM) on packaging equipment.

Uses MP2 for work orders, PMs, and parts location.

Notifies supervisor of any production issues or equipment malfunctions.

Complies with GMP and Company safety standards.

Adheres to Lock Out / Tag Out.
Job Requirements, Education, & Certifications

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must have general knowledge of equipment operations.

Experience with DC voltage 0-30V and AC 110V-480V is a plus.

Ability to use basic hand tools.

Ability to read, write and speak English.

Ability to be on feet all day and perform walking, stooping, and bending functions as required.

Ability to work at steady and continuous pace and to keep up with manufacturing production.
