Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hard-working Machine Operators to join our production team. You will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations in one of the following areas, based on assignment:
- Conversion
- Extrusion
- Cartoning
Your primary responsibilities will include operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and assisting with general manufacturing duties to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial machines safely and efficiently
- Assist with setup and maintenance of equipment
- Monitor production processes and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Must be ready to begin work immediately upon arrival
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
