Lone Star Nannies is a personalized nanny referral business in Argyle, TX. Our goal is to help families and babysitters get connected locally for an affordable price. We meet all of our Nannies in person to ensure we only match candidates with families that align with an environment you will enjoy. We strive to make caregiving fun for those on our team.

We are searching for a few newborn care specialists we can refer to our families near the Argyle area. If you have extensive experience with newborns, sleep training, and postpartum care, we would love to have you apply!
Requirements:
- Pass a Background Check
- 2 years previous experience working with children outside of family.
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed
- NCS Certified
- 2 past clients who can speak highly on your behalf
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized care for newborns, including feeding, diaper changing, and soothing techniques.
- Utilize first aid and CPR skills when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of infants.
- Implement outdoor activities to promote sensory development and stimulate growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on the baby's progress and any concerns.
- Utilize experience with children to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for newborns.
- Collaborate with parents to establish routines and techniques for optimal infant care.
- Clean pump and bottle parts as needed throughout the night.
