The role involves building effective rapport with each customer, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their financial goals. You will also participate in job-specific training and other Bank training programs, staying up-to-date with the latest products and services offered by the Bank.
Maintaining current knowledge of internal risk controls and loss prevention is crucial in this role. This includes reporting any suspicious or unusual customer activity, as well as adhering to all federal and state laws and regulations, and Bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Six months prior experience in sales and service industry (relevant college courses may substitute this requirement)
- Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible hours as scheduled Monday through Friday, and Saturday rotation
